CAVITE | BATANGAS LECHON SISIG

Since most of the time I spent my lunch time at Dasmarinas Cavite town proper after my morning PT patients, I've been to several restaurants and food corners of this beloved place. I'm a rice person and one my favorite ulam is sisig. Oh I just love it, like most of us does! Hehe.  To recharge for my next patient for the afternoon, I went somewhere that will satisfy my sisig craving that day. Off to Batangas!! Batangas Lechon Sisig Restaurant!

I don't know the taste of authentic sisig Batangas, but I guess maybe this one would be close to real or maybe this is really is it.. Hahah. Hoped taste was surreal!

Lechon Sisig P185 - good for 2 person

Their sisig looks yummy. Presentation is ok. Taste is also ok but I dont like the "mayo-ieee" taste and texture. It was like mayonaise overshadowed the real flavor. However, I love the crunchiness of its fried pork liempo skin!

Also like their free  Bulalo soup :)

The place is not air conditioned yet still pleasant to eat. They have electricfan though, feels like at home.

Overall, experience is good. Maybe if I have a chance to go Batangas, I will look for their sisig specialty so I can compare.. Well for now, if you are a "mayo-ieee-sisig" type of person, you will love this!
